- Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation date and the type of booking.
- Certain bookings, such as non-refundable tickets or accommodations, may not qualify for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the service date).
- Failure to show up for a booked service.
- Cancellations made outside the specified cancellation window.
